Q: Why is the cleat compatible with the pedal, but still can’t snap into the pedal?

A: We included the look delta in the package, which is compatible with Bike pedals. If you can’t clip into it, it has to do with the tension of the pedals. At this point you can flip the pedal over and you will see a 3mm socket head cap bolt with a “+” and “-” sign on it. Turn in the “-” sign direction so you can release the pedal tension. If it snaps too easily, you can try turning it toward the”+” sign to tighten the pedal tension.
